This is an ideal role for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, curious about creative work and excited to develop their craft in a busy agency environment.

You’ll work closely with Mid and Senior Designers, supporting project delivery and contributing to creative ideas while building confidence in design tools, processes and industry best practice.

Over time, you’ll develop your technical skills, creative thinking and understanding of how design supports marketing and business objectives.

  • Ensure artwork files are organised, correctly formatted and ready for delivery.
  • Implement revisions and feedback from internal reviews or client comments.
  • Support the team in maintaining organised file structures and project assets.

3) Creative learning & development

  • Actively develop your design skills through feedback, collaboration and practice.
  • Participate in creative reviews and team discussions to understand design decision making.
  • Explore new tools, techniques and creative inspiration that can strengthen your work.
  • Develop an understanding of how design supports marketing objectives and brand strategy.

4) Collaboration & team contribution

  • Work collaboratively with designers, marketers and developers across the agency.
  • Communicate clearly when asking questions or seeking feedback.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
  • Support the wider creative team when additional design or production help is needed.

  • Curious, enthusiastic and eager to develop their design skills
  • Open to learning from others and improving through feedback
