Future U is part of the Office for Students Uni Connect programme. It brings together universities, colleges, schools and businesses across Lancashire to support young people to progress on to higher education.
Future U is committed to this goal and has links with HE and FE providers across the county, as well as community networks., to deliver a programme of outreach events and activities that help young people develop sustainable skills.

Future U needed a new website that would provide:

-Improved user experience, with a new flexible, seamless design

- Increased user time on site, as well as increased interactions and conversions

- Reduced bounce rates

We created a new, mobile first website for Future U, with frictionless design and improved customer journey.

The new site included a built-in event booking system, a partners login area and a chatbot.

We delivered the site on a scalable content management system (CMS) that can grow over time according to organisational needs.

We also set up Google Analytics and Tag Manager for tracking and optimising site performance over time.
