Leaders4Leaders supports women in STEM through coaching, mentoring and leadership development, helping people at different stages of their careers build confidence, develop their leadership skills and progress in their fields.
We first created the Leaders4Leaders identity in 2025, with a focus on a younger STEM and university audience. Since then, its work has evolved, with a stronger emphasis on personal coaching and supporting women working within corporate life sciences.
As Leaders4Leaders entered this next stage, it was the right time to revisit the identity and make sure it reflected the direction it had grown into.
The aim was to create an identity that felt warm, empowering and human, while still feeling credible within the STEM and corporate life sciences space.
At the heart of the brief were four key qualities: authenticity, transformation, courage and growth. The challenge was to bring those ideas together in a way that felt distinctive, approachable and true to Leaders4Leaders.
The challenge was to bring all of that together in a way that felt distinctive, approachable and true to Leaders4Leaders.

simply part of the name, we explored how it could represent the four leadership qualities at the heart of Leaders4Leaders.
That thinking led to the flowing ‘4’ symbol, which brings a sense of movement and progression into the identity while sitting naturally alongside a more refined, confident wordmark. We then carried that shape into the wider visual language, giving Leaders4Leaders a flexible graphic element that can stretch, crop and move across social content and other brand work.
The colour we used helped to bring warmth and personality into the system. Deeper indigo and plum tones give the brand a strong foundation, while softer mint, yellow and pink introduce a more approachable feel. Together, they create an identity that feels confident and credible but still has the openness and energy that reflects the people behind the brand.

The new identity gives Leaders4Leaders a much stronger platform for the next stage of the brand, with a hook and feel that better reflects its new direction in personal coaching and corporate life sciences while still keeping the warmth and individuality that make it distinctive.
It also gives the brand much more flexibility. The logo, graphic assets and colour palette can work across everything from presentations and social content to podcast artwork and future website development, creating a more consistent and recognisable presence wherever Leaders4Leaders appears.
Most importantly, the identity now feels more aligned with the people it is there to support, combining confidence and credibility with a more approachable, human feel and plenty of personality.
