Based in Crewe, Cheshire, Tailored Kitchens specialises in quality fitted kitchens. With expert in-house kitchen designers and a trusted team of fitting partners, the full-service offering makes renovations easier for everyone.

The aim

In a competitive market, Tailored Kitchens needed a clear well-communicated brand and targeted marketing tactics, to elevate brand awareness and accelerate new business growth. The team approached us to develop the brand and deliver an integrated marketing strategy, as well as ongoing marketing and design support.

Understanding the current situation

A collaborative discovery session with the client, competitor research and a detailed website audit were pivotal in understanding the business’ current vision and brand perceptions. We developed a full picture of the insights, challenges and opportunities which lay the foundation for brand development and a strategic marketing approach.

Establishing our objectives

To elevate brand awareness and accelerate new business growth, we crafted marketing objectives that focused on generating more traffic to the website, with a key focus on increasing lead conversion. To do this, the brand’s positioning and visual identity needed to better reflect its superior offering – backed up by compelling copy and expert content.

Developing the brand

We crafted a research-based strategy that solidified Tailored Kitchens’ brand positioning alongside an evolved visual identity. We prioritised people-focused imagery to create more of a lifestyle look and feel, expanded the colour palette to bring in warm, inviting colours, and introduced key graphical elements to add dimension to the brand’s identity.

Using insights from the website audit, we designed a website that focuses on driving the audience through the sales funnel. In practice, this meant clearer call to action buttons, easier navigation and engaging imagery for an overall improved user experience.

Delivering the plan

Now the brand evolution is complete, we’re deploying it across multiple channels as we deliver a 12-month marketing plan. This includes organic and paid social, print advertising, roadside banners and showroom visuals, to elevate brand awareness and generate traffic to the new website.
