The client

Yoke’s ambition is to lead the way towards sustainable performance. Focusing on human sustainability, Yoke brings together a programme of assessments, coaching and world-class training to help people perform in a sustainable way. Their Human Sustainability Index (HSI) measures wellbeing, resilience and sustainability at the individual, team and organisational level, providing data-driven insight for meaningful improvements.

The challenge

Yoke wanted to bring their HSI programme to life by developing a visual identity that would work with the overarching Yoke brand. They wanted to build a new website, including an exclusive members area, and execute a content plan for the initial launch, as well as produce branded marketing collateral for pitches and presentations.

The solution

We created a new HSI brand that leveraged the power of Yoke’s existing brand through a complementary logo and colour palette; recommending the best language, tone and content formats to position the programme. 

We designed and built a new website dedicated to HSI that enables users to learn more about the benefits, book demos and access a protected HSI LAB member area. 

We created multi-format content, including animations, infographics and audiograms to present the complex topic in an engaging and digestible way for the time-poor key demographic. 

We developed a suite of branded sales collateral to support the Yoke team in delivering pitches and presentations. 

We created a social content calendar to amplify the programme’s launch, promote its benefits and engage the HSI community all year-round.
